Get to know Andrea, the executive director: Andrea Rich is a speech-language pathologist with over 20 years of experience and is the Executive Director of A2 Therapy Works. She started her work in Washington DC under the direction of Stanley Greenspan, the founder of the DIR/Floortime method. Andi has advanced training in the areas of: PROMPT, Lindamood Bell Visualizing and Verbalizing, Beckman Oral Motor Protocol, Phonographix Reading Method, Floortime, and Handwriting without Tears. A2 Therapy Works is the third practice Andi has opened, the other centers are located in Montreal, Canada and Washington, DC. Andi lives in Ann Arbor with her husband, 2 children, and dogs.
