General Information:
​A2 Therapy Works, LLC offers students interested in Speech and Language Therapy or Occupational Therapy an opportunity to volunteer in a pediatric private practice.

At A2 Therapy Works, volunteers have the chance to observe and participate in weekly SLP and OT sessions, as well as participate in day-to-day tasks in the office. Volunteering at A2 Therapy Works provides students with an opportunity to learn and work with a vibrant team of SLPs and OTs. ​

Volunteer Hours:
Volunteers commit to one afternoon per week (Monday through Friday) and are expected to complete at least 30 hours of volunteering during their time at A2 Therapy Works. Volunteers can complete hours during one of three offered times per year...
January through April 
May through August 
​September through December

Volunteer Tasks:

• Observing/participating in individual and group therapy sessions.
• Office organization and clean up (including kitchen, toys, and feeding materials).
• Assisting therapists in creating therapy materials and completing projects.
• Working behind the front desk, checking in patients, learning our medical record software, and scanning files into our system.
