"My child absolutely loves their SLP Paige! Initially my husband was hesitant to enroll them in speech therapy due to other appointments they attend throughout the week. However, after seeing/hearing our child so engaged with Paige, he is comfortable and confident it was the right decision. Paige is extremely engaging with our child and as result our child LOVES coming to sessions.

From the first phone call staff have been helpful. Sophie spent about 20 minutes on the phone helping us get scheduled for an evaluation and answering our billing questions. I was provided with billing codes to call my insurance company myself to ensure I was clear on the expectation of copays and number of sessions. This helped because it gave me time to prepare financially prior to his evaluation appointment.

When we arrived to our child’s speech evaluation, Paige introduced herself to the three of us and explained what she would be assessing during the evaluation. While we waited we just so happened to talk with an occupational therapists and asked questions about other concerns regarding our child’s limited preferred foods. Sydney the OT was patient with our questions and offered to schedule our child for an OT evaluation, which we accepted. We then received a call a day later from billing to gather additional information and ensure all paperwork was completed prior to the upcoming OT evaluation.

Overall, we are pleased with the services so far and grateful for the patience all staff have shown use and our child. We have even referred my godchild to their services!" - Anastasia

"My friend suggested the office and their ability to get my daughter in quickly. She was evaluated for multiple "issues" and she was placed on the schedule immediately. We have seen huge improvements with her dyslexia. While chatting with the staff, I realized another child of mine could benefit from therapy and they were just as quick to evaluate her and get her on their schedule.  "We had tried food therapy with our son at a young age and didn't see much progress. We started back on this journey with the hope to increase food tolerance last year. He has a sever wheat allergy and he has developed anxiety around new foods. He also has ADHD and needs help overcoming some sensory issues.  We found A2 Therapy in our search, and we started our work with Aubrey for the next year. Aubrey met us where were at and gave us the tools to slowly increase his foods. She is patient, caring, knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable with her approach. What a difference a little over a month at A2 Therapy Works has made for our 4 year old with big feelings. Working with Sydney has allowed our child to identify his emotions and select regulation strategies that work for him (and our family). We love, love, love this center! We previously attended 1 Speech Therapy Center and another center to received OT/ST services for my 4 yo non-verbal son who is diagnosed as Autistic-Level 3 before finding this amazing clinic. Our previous clinics did not meet his needs and were too chaotic of an environment, especially so for a child with Autism. He was not making much progress with these clinics. He has made such progress in a short amount of time. The clinic environment is very calming and a beautiful space. His therapists are amazing and he loves going to see them, I cannot believe the amount of progress he has made, it is so wonderful to see this progress! His therapists, Sydney-OT and Paige-ST, are attentive, well-trained and so resourceful and inventive with their techniques and they allow me to be apart of the therapy process, offering me many suggestions, resources and support. My son is always so excited to attend his sessions. I am so glad we made the switch to this clinic, it has been the best decision for my son's therapy needs!! - Amy

Our daughter has been receiving occupational therapy services for for picky eating and she has significantly expanded her variety of foods she will eat! It has been a pleasant experience, which has profoundly helped with my daughter's progress. The therapist is skilled, kind, motivating, and accommodating. If your baby has any feeding issues, you need to run (not walk) to see Andi. Her bedside manner is amazing and she is really the best feeding specialist around. My 4-month-old was losing weight and not latching properly. My baby took to her immediately and we implemented all her suggestions. Happy to say that my baby is now gaining weight and eating. I've had several experiences with A2 Therapy Works. Every family I've referred has had a positive, successful outcome. Currently, my nephew is receiving speech services, and I can't speak highly enough of his speech pathologist, Sydney. She's incredibly patient and kind. It's important to me ABA practices aren't used during his sessions, and as a collective, A2TW makes sure all sessions are child led. Our soon-to-be five-year-old son Anthony has been seeing Ms. Kaitlin for over a year and a half now, and we are so grateful to have her as his therapist. The strides he's made in his speech over that time have been remarkable, and are a testament to Ms. Kaitlin's skills as a speech-language pathologist.
