Insurance Information

We are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) and Blue Care Network (BCN)*. 
*We are a Network 2 provider with BCN U-M Premier Care, meaning you may be subject to a different deductible/coinsurance than with a Network 1 provider.​

If you are out of network, we are happy to cooperate with you in seeking reimbursement from your insurance company by providing you the documents to submit to your insurance company. It is your responsibility to contact your insurance company to ensure reimbursement for services.  

While we do our best to inform families of all insurance costs prior to their initial visit, we ask families to also be informed of their insurance benefits prior to their initial visit. Contacting the insurance company directly will help you understand your plan and how benefits may be applied. Be sure to note the date and the name of the person you spoke with. Below you will find helpful information to have on hand, as well as questions to ask:

  • Is there a combined benefit between speech and occupational therapy?
  • Are any diagnoses excluded that I should be aware of?

Please note we collect a $20 registration fee from all families upon initiation of services. We are a small, family focused private practice and this fee helps cover the time spent entering clients into our medical records system, verifying insurance coverage, working with families to ensure they receive reimbursement for out of network services, and working with families to help them understand their benefits information.
