Get to know Sydney, our clinical director: Sydney Stiverson is the clinical director & a speech-language pathologist at A2 Therapy Works. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Western Michigan University and her Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Wayne State University. She has been with A2 Therapy Works since 2018. Sydney specializes in Myofunctional Therapy & motor speech disorders (Childhood Apraxia of Speech.) She has additional training through the Academy of Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy, PROMPT, DIR-Floortime, and Lindamood Bell- Visualizing & Verbalizing. Sydney enjoys providing mentorship & supporting the staff at A2 Therapy Works, along with supporting all of the wonderful families in the Ann Arbor & Plymouth-Canton communities. When not in the office, Sydney enjoys trying new restaurants, spending time with family & friends (especially her nieces), and traveling somewhere new.
